Description: Slideshow of Jim & Pam set to HIM's Join Me In Death (8 December 1943 -- 3 July 1971) Morrison is buried in the famous Père Lachaise cemetery in eastern Paris. The grave was unmarked until French officials placed a shield over it, which was subsequently stolen in 1973. In 1981, a square headstone with Morrison's name was erected. The Greek inscription on the head stone reads Κατὰ τον δαίμονα ἑαυτοῦ, in capital letters (ΚΑΤΑ ΤΟΝ ΔΑΙΜΟΝΑ ΕΑΥΤΟΥ). The inscription means "True to his own spirit". (December 22, 1946-April 25, 1974) Pamela's parents intended that she be buried next to Morrison at Pere-Lachaise cemetery in Paris, and listed this location as the place of burial on her death certificate, but due to legal complications with transporting the body to France, her parents had her remains buried at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana, California. Characterized by a heightened interest in nature, emphasis on the individual's expression of emotion and imagination, departure from the attitudes and forms of classicism, and rebellion against established social rules and conventions. I've read alot about Morrison too but like I said only he can say what he likes\dislikes & he's not talking. __________________________________________________
