credits go to massafunk:when you use a skill and you dont feel like having to wait for it to charge go to your command post press up on d-pad then circle and viola!!!!;charged skill.WARNING:this also works for guided rockets in other words,no reload!(just shoot,use glitch,shoot again,repeat)
