Description: Finally, after over a year's searching, I found an appropriately sized female for my male convict cichlid. It is now in seventh heaven, and she seems pretty happy with the arrangement also. We'll have to see what comes of it.

usenetposts ::: Favorites She still does have a less than brilliant deportment, although the fins are OK now. But they are not good parents. They have had about 5 broods, some pretty big, but they always eat them after 3-4 days. This time I am waiting for their next brood and I will bring the adults back indoors and leave the fry to grow a bit in the sunshine. There is probably very little demand for a brood of convicts in this city, but it seems a pity never letting a brood get to adulthood. 07-06-29 06:48:47 _____________________________________________________
