Go to the gym? The whole spartan thing was about bodyweight conditioning and functional free weightlifting( sandbags,sledghammers, and other stuff). Why don't you go to ross enamait's site see what real spartan training is. Congrats on passing airborne school!

Oh, hey this information will help you. DO STEROIDS! HAHAHA I'm kidding. Ok, for every pound of weight you have consume a gram of protein. I weigh about 175 lbs. so I should consume 175 grams of protein a day. GOOD LUCK and don't do roids. ARGH!

if you have accualy looked into what the guys in 300 did for training you would have come across gym jones for those of you who havent just google it and accualy read some of the guys ideas for training fast paced circiut training with no breaks will burn off all of your fat and you will accualy get horse power as apposed to musle mass, but in the end go look at gym jones its a killer page and has some awesome ideas

Your idea is great. However you have to stop rambling on be quick and to the point. People want your physical results and how you are arriving at them. Thats it. Stay focused and dont give up. Your in better shape than I was at your age. Im now working at my own Spartan body. I think I'll post with a documentary and stills and I'll share them with you all.

I'm working out too, but not using the 300 Spartan workout just yet. I'm building muscle and strength at this point, but I will commence the "300" exercise. Good job man!

Oh, I get it, you have the results at the end. Okay, I'll just fast forward from now on to those. Dude, I can't see ANY difference. You're already ripped, you just need to put on muscle. Go to the chow hall more often and go back through the line a few times. That's what I did when I was your size and I couldn't pack on muscle.

way to stay committed one suggestion: You should grow your facial hair and your head hair out like an awesome spartan would have get a good spartan costume, don't be walking around with a garbage can and a broom ( then all your work is in vain)
