Partly due to the music that perfectly fits the video, but also the whole mood and style -- even if the game itself suffered some annoying bugs/problems (remember those invisible walls, and those sometimes flying cars..). The music is a remix of a song called "Painful" by the French band "Sin" (www.digital-sin.net). This remix is called "Painful Morphium Mix (Oomph Remix)". You can find it on the "Le Transporteur II" ("Transporter II") OST, or on the album "Reconstructed Singles", by Sin (I believe they're both on iTunes).
