Take the 28-135, the 50 and the 70-200. IS and the fast glass will be helpful. Leave the 300 home for sure.

Well in Naples airport a couple of years ago I couldn't convince the guy that my Hasselblad 500C/M was actually a camera. I had to open everything up, film backs included. Only when he saw it working and actually seeing me loading a film, he let me pass through. On the other hand in Athens airport the TSA guy, asked my if I could guide him to buy a used one for himself. The rules are strict (and they should be), but it depends on who is controlling your equipment I guess...
