How often do I have to do these exercises daily? and how long would it take before I can see visible results? I'm 5-11 183 LBS, thanks in advance :)

Good question. Your body shapes the way you move it. Do ab exercises with your stomach pushed out and you will firm the ab muscles to stick out more. Do your ab exercises with your stomach pulled in holding weights or not and you will create a nice flat rock hards six pack. Clarence Bass did weighted side bends with 40lbs dunbells regularly. His waist is tight and narrow.

how much does that medicine ball wiegh? I thought using wieghts make your stomach stick out more, making your waste look bigger, is that true? looks like a good one though..

I have a question in regards to Xcercising... Umm what do you think is the best cardio work out to loose all the fat before you can actually tone up ur AB muscles???????? if u have an idea pleeeeeeease tell me or ask the ADORABLE guy w/ a mohawk... Thanx!
