thinkmorepink ::: Favorites This is the first time I've watched it all the way through. I'm very proud of your stance...it's very sad how pompous and shallow people can be, dear. Shan's got your soapbox <3 07-09-19 15:55:46 __________________________________________________
AwokenSpirit ::: Favorites That is very upsetting! We live in a society dominated by greed for material gain and that is the only religion people seem to truly follow. 07-09-18 20:18:25 __________________________________________________
Z4lUS ::: Favorites Similar thing happened here in Louisiana after Katrina. People were displaced and the community "felt" bad but were questioning the idea of letting the refugees stay here while N.O. was/is being rebuilt. On another note...refugess were temporarily placed in our civic center, everything was payed for by the federal government--now the federal government wants the civic center to back what was spent. 07-09-15 22:47:27 __________________________________________________
sittingannihilation ::: Favorites You should show this video to the people that oppose it. 07-09-10 16:42:30 __________________________________________________
alienjesus2012 ::: Favorites classic american attitude. jealousy for those richer and contempt for those poorer. 07-09-10 14:43:27 __________________________________________________
QuarksAreStrange ::: Favorites "Such is the human race. Often it does seem such a pity Noah and his party did not miss the boat" -- Mark Twain 07-09-08 23:26:42 __________________________________________________
QuarksAreStrange ::: Favorites (3/3) Every time I hear a story like yours, I ask myself: "What is the meaning of life on Earth? What is our purpose? Do we have a common goal?" I think so; there's more to life than our individual desires... I'm telling you, mark my words; the ants will survive us and our greedy life style. We ought to think again and set our priorities straight. (Sorry for the double posting of the first part, youtube's comments messed up) 07-09-08 16:25:32 __________________________________________________
QuarksAreStrange ::: Favorites (1/1) Great vlog fyre, it's a privilege to chat with you *favorited* All I hear from the flyer is me, me, me. It's outrageous. Not a community attitude at all - environmental impact!?! Oh please! You did the right thing by going to that meeting; I hope you put some reason into this. Honestly I think it's a wonderful project absolutely not susceptible to lower properties' value. On the contrary; I would love to live near it. As you said, it seems to be the perfect neighbourhood to build it. 07-09-08 16:24:31 __________________________________________________
QuarksAreStrange ::: Favorites (2/3) In Montreal (and in many other Canadian cities I presume) there's an obligation to build low income apartment buildings such as this one. Every year, a quota is decided by the city. Yes, we never reach the quota but at least we try! We try to make life easier for the less fortunate; that's what we're supposed to do in collectivities... live together! Leave no one behind. It's not a long term solution, obviously there will still be poverty tomorrow, but it's a start damn it!! 07-09-08 16:22:15 __________________________________________________
