The government guarantees free public health care to those who need it or just want public healthcare, while the wealthy purchase private health care. mplewis1 ::: Favorites A universal health service? I don't see that happening, but a nationwide one is another matter. The UK has the National Health Service which is just that, free health care provided by the government.
