Wizin ::: Favorites This is from my assumptions but Youtube would not be the one to have a lawsuit. It would be the US company that owns Death Note. Technically, they don't give a shit whether people claim they don't own, but its because fansubbing is a huge block from the maximum rate of profit. Thats why sometimes there might be lawsuits, and most likely theres no case a company sues an average AMV creator.
