As for Florida's age of consent law, I believe that they have have various of age of consent. For example, a news on Elijah Dukes did mention that Florida's Law, such an act by someone 24or older with someone 16 or 17 years old is a second-degree felony. Also, some states do have two laws like 16 years old and 4 years difference between a person and victim. __________________________________________________
